Junkrat is trying to express in his own way that he likes Mei, though Mei doesn’t appretiate it at all, cause it looks like that trashboy is not aware of the concept of personal space. The truth is, he just doesn’t care about it. He actually enjoys makeing Mei angry to draw her attention to himself.
